Meet Our Founder
Afzal, Founder & Lead Builder
Built on graft, kept by word of mouth
Hands-On From Day One
Afzal has spent his working life on the tools, from brickwork and groundworks through to running complete house builds. Redburn Builders was founded on a simple idea: do the job properly, price it honestly, and never leave a site you wouldn't be proud to show.
One Accountable Team
Every trade on a Redburn site, including bricklayers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, plasterers and decorators, works to the same standard and the same programme. That's how projects finish on time, and why most of our work comes through recommendation.
Afzal runs every project personally, from the first site visit to the final walkthrough. When you call Redburn Builders, you deal directly with the person building your home.

How We Work
From First Call to Handover
Free site visit: we walk the project with you, listen to what you want, and give honest advice on the best way to get there.
Written quote: a clear, itemised price with a realistic programme, so you can plan with confidence.
Plans & permissions: we help with drawings, planning applications and building control where your project needs them.
The build: one team handles every trade on one programme, with the site kept tidy and you kept informed.
